At Lir Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn fashion items and their original tags into the shipping box, ensuring you include the completed return form inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
